One domain, four ways to work with us.

From staffing your next tape-out to building the next generation of Physical Design engineers—here’s how we put 12+ years of domain expertise to work.

Core Service

Talent Deployment

Our primary line of business: we hire Physical Design engineers, train them to a client-ready standard, and deploy them to your team for the length of the engagement. Placed engineers remain on Latency Semi’s payroll throughout—you engage a delivery partner, not just a headcount.

Coverage spans floorplanning, place & route, clock tree synthesis, static timing analysis, physical verification, and low-power (UPF) implementation.

Engagement Model

How the payroll works

The placed engineer stays on Latency Semi’s payroll for the duration of the assignment. Your company engages Latency Semi under a services agreement—we carry the compliance, HR, and continuity responsibility so you can focus on delivery.

The Placement Journey

From sourcing to sign-off, in five steps

Source & Screen

Domain-first sourcing from our Physical Design talent pipeline.

Structured Training

Tool training and complete knowledge transfer led by senior engineers.

Mock Interviews

Rigorous technical mock rounds before any client introduction.

Client Placement

Introduced to client roles matched for skill and long-term fit.

Ongoing Success

We stay engaged post-placement to support retention on both sides.

For Colleges

Campus Partnership Program

An MoU-based framework covering classroom training, lab access, structured modules, and a defined placement pathway for nominated students—built to make final-year engineers client-ready before graduation.

Campus

Campus Training & Placement

We partner with engineering colleges to train final-year and pre-final-year students in Physical Design fundamentals and tools, backed by our own placement pipeline. Programs are tailored per college—batch size, module depth, and delivery mode (on-campus or hybrid) are agreed as part of the MoU.

Early Stage

Corporate & MSME Upskilling

We work with MSMEs and partner companies looking to build or upgrade in-house Physical Design capability, using the bench capacity of our senior engineers between client assignments. This line is still early-stage and scoped case by case—get in touch to discuss fit.

Who It’s For

MSMEs scaling a design team

Ideal for companies that need to upskill an existing team on specific PD tools or workflows rather than hire externally.

In Development

Building the pipeline

We’re in early conversations to formalize tool-certification tie-ups. Reach out if you’re an EDA vendor exploring training or certification partnerships.

Pipeline

EDA Vendor Partnerships

We’re exploring training and certification partnerships with EDA tool vendors, so engineers moving through our pipeline can graduate with recognized, tool-specific credentials alongside hands-on project experience.
